These terms apply to the information published on baysolar.co.za by Bay Solar (Pty) Ltd. They do not replace or vary the terms of any quotation, proposal or contract you sign with us. Where the two differ, the signed document governs.

Everything published here describes how we approach work in general. It is not a design, a specification or advice for your property. Capacities, runtimes, yields and savings depend on your site, your loads, the season and how the system is used.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding scope and price only exists once we have assessed the property and you have accepted a written proposal.

Municipal rules, tariffs, export arrangements, tax provisions and product specifications change. Articles that touch on those carry a publication date, a review date and a named reviewer, and you should confirm the current position for your own connection before relying on it.

PV GreenCard is a quality-assurance programme and is supplementary to the electrical Certificate of Compliance required by law. It does not replace one.

Project pages describe work we carried out. Systems are described to explain the design reasoning rather than as a package available to anyone else. Results depend on load, season, orientation, shading, tariffs and user behaviour, and will differ between properties.

Photographs are of our own installations. Manufacturer names identify equipment we work with and do not imply any endorsement by those manufacturers of this website.
