Monitor

Monitoring and support

A system that nobody is watching can underperform for months before anyone notices. Monitoring turns that into something you find out about in days.

What monitoring actually shows

Generation against expectation, consumption, battery state of charge and cycling, plus whether the system is reporting errors. Over time it also shows drift, which is the slow decline that indicates a panel, a string or a battery is not doing what it used to.

It is the difference between finding out at installation plus one month and finding out at installation plus two years.

Remote diagnosis

A useful share of faults can be identified without a site visit. Being able to look at the data first means we arrive knowing what we are dealing with, or resolve it without arriving at all.

Where a system uses local control logic, that logic keeps running whether or not the connection to the outside world is up.

Data and privacy

Monitoring data describes your property and your habits, so it deserves care. We will tell you what is collected, where it is held and who can see it.

We do not publish customer monitoring data or identifiable screenshots.

Questions

Common questions

What monitoring and support are available?
Monitoring is configured when we commission the system, and our team is reachable during office hours by telephone, WhatsApp or email. The specific support commitments that apply to your installation are confirmed in writing with your proposal.
Can you see my system remotely?
Where remote access is configured and you have agreed to it, yes. That is what allows us to diagnose many faults before travelling out. You can ask us to explain or change the access arrangement at any point.

Next step

Start with an assessment.

Tell us how the property is used and what you want it to do. We come out, work through the site and put the reasoning in writing.
